Returns
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your easypaisa, jazzcash or bank account. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the defective or damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
